Learn more about the models I use and adapt to your needs and preferences - within one session, or from week to week.

  • This approach teaches practical skills to manage intense emotions, improve relationships, and cope with stress in healthier ways.

  • Bilateral stimulation helps your brain process and heal from negative beliefs and trauma so it feels less overwhelming in the present. EMDR can be done in person AND over telehealth!

  • Focuses on understanding and strengthening emotional bonds, especially in relationships, to create a deeper sense of connection and security. EFIT, a specific version of this type of therapy, helps clients revisit traumatic events in a way that offers profound healing.

  • Helps you understand and care for different “parts” of yourself so you can feel more balanced, compassionate, and in control.

  • Centers on your strengths and goals, helping you build practical steps toward the changes you want. This model is future-focused.

  • Somatic therapy uses mindful awareness of physical sensations, movement, breath, and nervous system responses to help process emotions, reduce stress, and support healing. There are many approaches to somatic therapy. Mine does not include touch.
